German
Navy
was
docked
at
the
Zuiderterras
in
Antwerp
from
Friday
16
until
Monday
19
March
2018.
The
ship
was
built
in
1992
at
the
shipyard
Blohm+Voss
in
Hamburg,
Germany,
as
the
first
of
four
ships.
Every
ship
of
the
‘F123
Brandenburg-Class’
was
built
in
a
different
shipyard.
The
navy
frigates
are
mainly
used
for
locating
submarines.
On
board
there
is
also
space
for
two
Lynx-helicopters
to
be
stored
in
a
hangar
on
the
aft
deck.
On
the
bow
you
can
find
the
coat
of
arms
of the city of Brandenburg.
