Kruzenshtern,
the
training
ship
of
the
Russian
Navy
was
docked
in
Antwerp
again
from
23
until
25
May
2017.
In
2016
the
ship
also
visited
during
the
Tall
Ships
Races.
The
114
metres
long
four-
master
was
two
days
opened
for
the
public,
and
on
23
May
in
the
evening
there
was
a
light
show
on
the
ship.
After
the
departure
of
the
Kruzenshtern
on
25
May
she
set
sail
for
Ostend,
for
‘Oostende
Voor
Anker.
Originally
the
ship
was
built
in
1926
for
the
German
Empire,
but
in
1946
it
had
to
be
given
to
Russia
as
a
war
reparation.
