The

sailing

special
Valentine’s
cruise
from
Dover
to
Antwerp
and
Amsterdam.
The
ship
visited
Antwerp
during
two
sun-soaked
days.

Boudicca has a length of 205 metres and can accomodate 900 passengers.
This ship was docked in Antwerp on 14 & 15 February 2019.

The
ship
was
built
in
1993
and
was
163
long
back
then.
In
2008
the
ship
was
lengthened
with
32
metres
to
195
metres.
To
do
that
they
cut
the
ship
in
two
and
placed
a
section in between.
This ship was berthed in Antwerp on 4 & 5 May 2019.
Seabourn Quest
Seabourn
The
luxury
cruise
ship
of
the
American
company
Seabourn
was
once
again
docked
in
Antwerp
this
year.
It
is
one
of
three
identical
ships
of
the
cruise
line.
MS
Seabourn
Quest
has
a
length
of
198
metres
and
can
accommodate 450 passengers.
This ship was berthed in Antwerp on 15 May 2019.
Le Boréal
Ponant
The
luxury
yacht
of
the
French
company
Ponant
was
docked
in
Antwerp
for
the
first
time
in
2019.
The
ship
is
one
of
four
nearly
identical
ships.
In
2014
her
sistership,
L’Austral’,
paid
a
visit
to
Antwerp.
Le
Boréal
has
a
length of 142 metres and can accommodate 264 passengers.
This ship was berthed in Antwerp on 16 May.

has
a
length
of

metres
and
can
accommodate
790
passengers.
It
was
the
10th
and
last
time
the
ship
visited
Antwerp.
From
August
2019
the
ship
will
sail
as
MS
Amera
of
Phoenix
Reisen.
During
her
maiden
voyage
she
will
also
visit
Antwerp.
MS
Prinsendam
previously
also
visited
Antwerp as Seabourn Sun and Royal Viking Sun.
This ship was berthed in Antwerp on 16&17 May 2019.

was
once
again
docked
in
Antwerp
this
year.
The
ship
sailed
a
special
cruise
for
the
75th
anniversary
of
D-Day.
For
this
the
ship
stayed
overnight
in
Antwerp
and
off
the
coast
of
Normandy
a
special remembrance ceremony was held.
This ship was berthed in Antwerp on 3 & 4 June 2019.

This ship was berthed in Antwerp on 12 & 13 June 2019.

This ship was berthed in Antwerp on 28 August 2019.

fourth
of
six
expedition
cruise
ships
that
are
being
built
for
the
French
cruise
line
Ponant
and
was
docked
in
Antwerp
for
the
first
time
in
2019.
The
ship
has
an
underwater
lounge
on
board
which
enables
passengers
to
look
through
a
window
below
the
waterline
and
experience
the
sea
and
its
sounds.
This ship was berthed in Antwerp on 30 August 2019.

This ships was berthed in Antwerp on 11 September 2019.

AIDA Cruises
AIDAvita
was
docked
in
Antwerp
again
in
September
2019.
This
year
she
will
visit
the
city
twice.
The
203
metres
long
ship
stayed
overnight
on
both
of
her
calls
and
was
docked
for
two
full
days.
AIDAvita
is
one
of
three
smaller ships of the cruise line. They sail cruises to ports where their larger ships cannot dock.
This ship was berthed in Antwerp on 12 & 13 September 2019.

This
year
the
Europa
2,
the
best
cruise
ship
in
the
world
according
to
the
Berlitz
Cruise
Guide,
moored
again
in
Antwerp.
The
ship
has
a
length
of
225
meters
and
can
accommodate
516
passengers.
The
ship
was
built
in
2013 at the French shipyard STX Europe in Saint-Nazaire.
The ship was berthed in Antwerp on 30 September 2019.
Artania
Phoenix Reisen
Artania
of
the
German
cruise

Phoenix
Reisen
was
docked
in
Antwerp
again
this
year.
The
231-metres
long
ship
was
built
in
1984
as
Royal
Princess
for
Princess
Cruises
and
was
also
docked
in
Antwerp
under
that
name
in 2000. MS Artania can accommodate 1260 passengers.
This ship was berthed in Antwerp on 11 October 2019.

was
in
Antwerp
for
the
first
time
on
14
&
15
October
2019.
The
ship
was
only
christened
in
Hamburg
on
11
October.
Originally
the
christening
was
to
take
place
in
Antwerp,
but
due
to
the
tight
schedule
this
could
not
take
place.
The
ship
is
the
second of 3 luxury expedition cruise ships. The ship left Antwerp on her Maiden Voyage.
This ship was berthed in Antwerp on 14 & 15 October 2019.
Astor

visited
Antwerp
again
this
year.
The
ship
came
to
the
city
to
disembark
all
her
passengers.
The
ship
then
went
directly
to
the
shipyard
in
Amsterdam.
In
December
the
ship
returned
to
embark
passengers
again.
MS Astor has a length of 176 meters and can carry 650 passengers.
The ship was berthed in Antwerp on 22 November 2019.

The

Pont-Aven
visited
to
Antwerp
again
this
year.
The
ship
has
room
for
650
vehicles
and
can
carry
up
to
2500
passengers.
Brittany
Ferries
sails
2
special
party
cruises
to
Antwerp
and
Rouen.
Normally
the
ship
sails on its fixed routes between the United Kingdom, France, Spain and Ireland.
